Are your products FDA approved?
No. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency for human use.
How do customers successfully store peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended. Reconstituted solutions should be refrigerated and used within a short period.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
